Responsible for the smooth running of the group administartion on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of support staff. Managing office budgets, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.

Ensuring that the handling agent is delivering the easyJet product, and working in compliance with easyJet's standards, policies & procedures at all times. This includes driving change to implement easyJet developments & initiatives. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other partners & service providers ( e.g. fuellers, caterers, deicing, engineering) to resolve obstacles and ensure optimum working relationships for a smooth operation.Constantly monitor operational performance against all the measures relating to the contract and Service Level Agreements and ensuring consistent delivery against these measures.
