About Stella Lam

As a scientist by training, I take an analytical and data-focused approach to problem solving - turning insights into strategy. I thrive in the intersection of business, science/technology, and people. Prior to that, I worked on integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top candidates across all Bloomberg departments globally. For the first 7 years of my career I was at RTI International - a global nonprofit, where I founded the annual RTI Internship Showcase event. Then, built the first company-wide Internship Program which grew to 100-150 interns per year worldwide.
