Defined the next generation of Norton’s mobile security product strategy and roadmap to expand reach, spearheading a new Norton Security iOS premium product from concept to market launch with competitive security solution while growing the flagship Norton Mobile Security Android product. Received Best Android Security Award from AV-TEST Institute.

Drove the next phase of growth initiatives by rolling out three new products (including Security SDKs) in OEM channel (beyond mobile into smart appliances) and other verticals that increased market share with hundreds of millions of new users. Received Intel Achievement Award (the highest honor at Intel) in February 2016 for Samsung mobile anti-virus engine win on all Galaxy flagship device models which represented a 60% year-over-year increase in mobile user base and accounted for 50% of new user growth for all of the consumer division in 2015 and 2016.

Managed consumer mobile product roadmap to increase footprint, revenue, and customer value proposition. Supported Sales to win key strategic partners that achieved over $1B booking revenues in 2014. Recognized by the Consumer Mobile BU for 2014 Consumer Bonus Award – the One Billion Plus Team. Also expanded footprint to a new open source platform, Tizen, for Samsung/Intel strategic partnership.

Led a small team of Product Managers to manage mobile navigation products providing location-based services of navigation, traffic, maps, local search and mobile advertising for wireless carrier partners with millions of user base and over $100 million dollars of annual revenue through service subscriptions. New concepts and feature improvements resulted in a 3x, 30-point positive swing in consumer Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Managed USD$6.5M team budget and a staff of 22 across US, Europe and China for technology proposal and product compliance support for 12 global cellular operators. Balanced the requirements of globally dispersed operators with Motorola’s solutions in UMTS and GSM product planning to minimize feature gaps and to maximize return of investment in software development. 
Successfully launched the company's Android portfolio in the regions for carriers and open market.

Built a team of 4 to manage requirements for Freemove alliance in Europe, consisting of Orange, T-Mobile International, Telefonica and TIM. Later expanded scope to cover China with additional staff. Coordinated specification compliance for 7 cellular operators, technology roadmap alignment, feature negotiation and feature prioritization in 3G UMTS mobile phone product SW releases.

Supported RFPs and pre-sales customer engagements. Developed the contractual compliance statement for the first three Motorola 3G UMTS mobile phone products to the lead customer, H3G, for a $1B contract in 2001.
