CURIOSITY IS JUST FAR BIGGER THAN MY FEARS - and this is how I always move out of my comfort zone to explore opportunities to make the world a better place. I'm a passionate jurist with a focus on diversity, inclusion, equity and gender equality. As a consultant on ESG/DEIB and inclusive leadership, I enjoy bridging regulatory requirements (compliance) with my clients' needs (strategy/mission/vision), while making the magic happen (inclusive culture/commitment/ownership). Research and data are the basis for my proposals. I love to stay updated on the latest knowledge in my field of expertise, as well as the policy frameworks surrounding it. I also flourish by translating the complex into clear concepts and ideas and by communicating, training and mentoring (in all 5 languages I'm fluent in: English, German, Italian, Spanish and Catalan).
