    Empowering, training and mentoring ICS return volunteers to complete self-directed social action projects in their home communities. Personally engaged over 800 young people in two years.Providing support and leadership to the International Service Alumni Board, 10 return volunteers who plan, develop and facilitate engagement activities for our 1000+ alumni.Led the organisation of the first ICS alumni conference - including securing sponsorship and a free venue, the support of DIFD, working with a committee of young people to design a day of prominent speakers, and workshops, as well as planning logistics and inviting attendees. I led a committee of 16 people – one member of staff from 6 different ICS agencies, 6 return volunteers and 4 members of staff from the ICS Hub.
