- Strategic lead on all project and process management for GenderSmart content and programming - including in person and virtual events, as well as working groups on Climate & Gender and Advancing Research Investment Standards for Equality (ARISE). Ensuring world-class experiences that are delivered on time, within budget and maximise the skills, capabilities and time of the team.- Strategic lead on the curation of a highly curated audience for all GenderSmart events to ensure a truly diverse audience which is representative of the global ecosystem of gender finance.- Develop, alongside Head of Content, Co-Founder and Advisory Council, a world-class delegate experience which is action oriented and dialogue driven and with the ultimate aim of unlocking more gender-smart capital at scale.- Gender & Climate Working Group: Co-Lead: Provide strategic oversight of the working group, alongside our content partners Kite Insights.

The Bio-Leadership Fellowship is an urgent programme to create the future of leadership, inspired by nature. In the company of 50 global Fellows, I have been exploring a new form of leadership, able to transform human systems and replenish the Earth.I am using this experience to explore how building strong community foundations can support the emergence of a more gender equal world, especially in the face of the climate crisis.I am honoured to sit on the Learning and Programming Advisory Group as the Fellowship moves into it's second year in 2022. As a member of this group I am working with other Fellows to support the core Bio Leadership team to consider how to shape the programme in future, as well as how ensure quality and impact to the learning throughout the Fellowship.

Project Manager: Project Sage 4.0 in partnership with Wharton Business School- Project lead working with the team at Catalyst at Large and academics from Wharton Business School (The University of Pennsylvania) to develop, research, write and design the Project Sage report; which tracks the landscape of VC, PE and private debt funds with a gender-lens.Project Manager: DFI Gender Finance Collaborative (Sept 2019 - Feb 2020)- Coordination and logistical support for the GFC, a collective of 14 Development Finance Institutions, chaired by CDC group plus the European Investment Bank (EIB) within a coordinating team led by external advisers Suzanne Biegel and Carey Bohjanen. The GFC aimed to increase the strategic impact of investment capital toward women as business and fund leaders, entrepreneurs, a strong and valued workforce, consumers and community members.

Hosted a six month peer-led learning programme for ten people who call Sheffield home. Together we pooled our ideas, creativity and networks whilst exploring our own person 'learning questions' - some personal, some professional. You can learn more about our journey in the blog post and Showcase publication linked below.In my role as host I recruited and selected the group, hosted an online kick off weekend, providing coaching support to the participants, organised and facilitated 'power up days' at month two and four, supported the group to organise a public showcase event and led a closing weekend.

Working within a small team of four, my role had two main elements: • Client consultancy – working alongside partners to advise and support the development of alumni communities. This involves: speaking to young people, alumni, school leaders and partners to map out how alumni can add value and how these communities could be structured, designing and implementing programme of support for partners and ongoing coaching. Current partners include the Mastercard Foundation, DIFD, British Council, Opportunity International, Volta Capital and Future First Kenya.• Developing new partnerships – identifying exciting, new potential partnerships. Talking with organisations such as school networks, education providers, NGOs or govenments, about how access to alumni communities could support the young people they work with or for, and mapping out a strategy and process to do this.

International Citizen Service (ICS) is a global volunteering programme, which offers the opportunity for young people from the UK and from developing countries to work alongside each other for three months in carefully chosen development projects. The programme has three aims; to achieve positive development outcomes in the world’s poorest communities, to provide personal and professional development for the volunteers and to increase active citizenship of the volunteers, partners and beneficiaries. My role as ICS Manager involves1. Leading the effective delivery of our ICS contract including- Leading a team of ICS coordinators to provide effective and individual support for up to 200 volunteers at one time- Planning and managing volunteer journey logistics from application through to completion of the programme - Designing and delivering residential training for volunteers, including Team Leaders before and after placements - Ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance - Working collaboratively with staff in four countries to ensure effective support for all volunteers2. Representing International Service as part of the ICS consortium, the 10 UK based development agencies that deliver ICS placements across 25 countries3. Contributing to the management and strategic leadership of International Service

Empowering, training and mentoring ICS return volunteers to complete self-directed social action projects in their home communities. Personally engaged over 800 young people in two years.Providing support and leadership to the International Service Alumni Board, 10 return volunteers who plan, develop and facilitate engagement activities for our 1000+ alumni.Led the organisation of the first ICS alumni conference - including securing sponsorship and a free venue, the support of DIFD, working with a committee of young people to design a day of prominent speakers, and workshops, as well as planning logistics and inviting attendees. I led a committee of 16 people – one member of staff from 6 different ICS agencies, 6 return volunteers and 4 members of staff from the ICS Hub.
