SAP Clinical Trials Supply Chain Implementation. The solution encompassed the integrated use of Master Data Management, Batch Management, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse and Materials Management and Label Management within the SAP applications suite.I completed the solution design and delivered the below tasks: - Configuration/customizing of the Sales and Distribution module: - Order types- Customer master - Product Listing (including integration Study Management Tool)- Serial number status check (including ABAP function module design)- Text determination- Output determination- ATP- User status setup for serial number assignment- Storage location determination via user exit- Serial number status management. For this specific process flow the status of the Serial Number is very important. The standard program doesn’t set this status in the correct mode. I created a new enhancement that solved this issue.- Supported at design specifications and implementation of interfaces between SAP and IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System):- Automatic S.O. creation in SAP including serial numbers based on IVRS request in XML format- Stock upload in IVRS including country release information and list of sales orders- Unit and Integration testing of the different scenarios in order management.

Nestlé Italy is part of the Group Nestlé which is the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company.As part of the group, Nestlé Italy needed to apply the same SAP template implemented worldwide. My role, as a senior SAP SD external consultant, was to analyse the Italian SD processes and define the gaps with the global template. The development team was based in Switzerland and, any kind of enhancements required for the Italian market, needed to be discussed and agreed with this team that had the global view across all Nestlé groups. CRM Service was not ready for Italian market so we implemented an external web based system to capture all orders from the Sales team (T&ME) which needed to be interfaces with SAP. My role also included the functional analysis, implementation and testing of this external system including all interfaces with SAP SD - Generating Demand work stream.
