An alternative life coach who encouraged spiritual growth and the taking care of body and looks with all graciously supplied by Mother Nature. By age 39 (( am now 73) I qualified in two different schools of yoga, (Hatha, Kundalini), as a holistic health advisor and Reiki Master and owned the most progressive health, fitness, beauty centre of its kind in Glyfada, Greece. The books I have written for adults over the past 10 years support everything I teach. Chakra Psychology teaches those seeking enlightenment, the route I took to gain clarity of mind. Three Faces of Sex encourages honest communication between couples with a focus on Neo Tantra lovemaking,. Sensual Sorcery (my latest offering) is a book packed with natural homemade recipes and remedies to keep skin youthful and health in tip top condition.My talent is the ability to convey my ideas and fire others up to make necessary changes in their lives that add quality, happiness and wealth. Therefore the part of my work I most enjoy is teaching seminars, speaking at conferences and wellness festivals. In 2020, this is currently curtailed but when things stabilise, I am open to offers. Apart from her Pitmans College honours diploma in business/office studies (uni was out of the question for working class gals of her generation), she took accredited courses in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis before taking off for India, where she studied everything she could about leading workshops and qualified as both a Hatha and Kundalini yoga teacher.She then went to Tokyo and became a Reiki master. Her next passion lead to her studying Tantra in the early nineties. She went on to become a Tantra practitioner and includes Tantra yoga in her couples workshops - otherwise known as Love Camp intensives. Stella also hosts Love Vibe singles events and teaches anything and everything to do with spirituality, She now has 25 years experience in the field and looks forward to the next 25 - if she is granted a long life!Her minor claims to fame are that she opened the first Yoga/Seminar/Tantra Centre of its kind in Athens in 1988, a book of hers called Gourmet Recipes for Sexual Fantasies became a surprise cult hit in the 90's although due to publishing complications she didnt make a penny. I began my career working for the Rolling Stones and went on to help run Warner International Music division. Heady days but not where my heart lay. I changed paths, studied everything spiritual, qualified in 3 schools of yoga, as a Reiki Master and Life Coach and have been helping to change other people's lives for 35 years.
