- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Devise and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, utilize various channels such as paid search, social media, and display advertising.- Data Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Then, analyze performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.- Campaign Optimization: Optimize digital marketing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Also, /B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different marketing channels, and monitor spending and adjust budgets based on performance metrics.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and human resource allocation.- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring clear communication.- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and keep them informed of project status.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Managing employe database through multiple platforms.- Preparing, compiling, and processing data for Compensation & Benefit users. - Supporting People Ops Team to communicate employee in terms of benefits, payroll, insurance, and many more.

- Having a conversation with GO-FOOD Partners with high GMV on regular basis.- Give marketing tools to support and increase our GO-FOOD Partners sales performance. - Collaborate with others division to help merchant’s grow. (ex: with marketing team, research team, product team, etc) - Doing analytical (growth performance, conversion rate, etc) based on the data, so every partners will see how worth they are be a GO-FOOD Partners. - Maintaining all GO-FOOD Partners, including all inquiries from them : content update, marketing activity, promo and event, etc.

- Managing people in the team, and help them to have an experience to maintain and handling GO-FOOD Partners - Help finance team to collect GO-FOOD commission fee from our GO-FOOD Partners every month.- Collaborate with others division (ex: with marketing team, research team, product team, etc) to help merchant’s grow. - Maintaining all GO-FOOD Partners, including : content update, marketing activity, promo and event, etc.
