Led redesign of the HR pages on the company’s internal website. Improved the user experience by working with human resources members from all functional areas (staffing, performance management, benefits, compensation, among others) to update the content, and by making the information more accessible to employees company-wide. Studied all compensation & benefits related policies and employee-facing communications as part of content analysis. Coordinated the planning process for updating company policy on the internal website by setting deadlines and working with the HR business partners. Created and narrated a six-minute video outlining the company’s benefits package for new hires.
