I have completed a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science at the University of Adelaide. My degree has encompassed topics related to nutrition, food science, food chemistry, food microbiology, HACCP, public health nutrition, food production, packaging, and preservation.I have well developed skills in R&D, QC, laboratory compounding, application of flavour systems, nutritional analysis, costing and product development, application of HACCP plans, communication, IT skills and use of industry-specific software including FoodWorks, Ruby, Summit and Excel.In the future I would like to develop my skills in as many areas of the business, food and nutrition industries as I can, however, I would like to pursue a career in the food research and development and nutrition areas where I would like to help create the highest quality food for both physical and mental health and create healthy lifestyles for us and even for our pets.
