• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations• Participate in regular tax audits and payroll• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues• Manage month-end and year-end closing• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives• Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets• Ensure compliance with the law

• Develop product, pricing and positioning strategies for prepay customers • Roll out new pricing initiatives & promo launches, to improve customer experience and increase revenues. • Gain a deep understanding of customer’s insights, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growth• Provie commercial input to the Agile teams for the improvement of the company’s penetration on the digital channels• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.• Obtain product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.

• Work with Sales Director and the Director of Marketing to define objectives for Prepay portfolio of products• Integration of marketing into key sales initiatives to grow Vodafone kairtokinito and CU brands, brand awareness, and word-of-mouth• Assists in designing and implementing category strategies that identify genuinely shared opportunities for incremental sales across the category within a retailer and across retailers in a market• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

• Manage youth sales team in Attica Region • Manage CU flagship store in Athens• Oversee Vodafone shops (owned & franchise) about youth segment sales • Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training program for youth sales representatives • Review and analyze sales data to discover areas needing improvements and achieve the best results • Implement company sales strategies, working to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth• Monitor and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
