** Metal Working Factory, I worked as CSR for two key US and Hong Kong Customers at the Engineering Department with New Product Introductions & OEM's.* Worked on daily basis with multitask teams from the first drawings reception, to the FG's arrival & inspection confirmation from our customers. Facing successfully quality, production, specs, auditing and materials challenges in order to reach 90%'s and 95%'s for our Customers KPI's* 24/7 support for critical issues.

** Technical Support Call Center for US Customers. 1st Interview due to outstanding results: "A New Beginning" at Maquila Social's Magazine from Reynosa, Tam. Mar´09; pages 4 & 23. 2nd Interview: "Successful Stories" at Maquila Social's Magazine Jan´10, page 66.* Human and technical resources Real Time Administration in order to maximize the Call Center’s service level. Reached & exceeded Global KPI´s 3 months after the company's start up.* Generated advanced Excel instant reports to recognize negative trends, look for the root causes applying immediate corrective actions to revert them in less than half an hour. Monitoring frame time 19 hours / 7 days a week.* Trained and coached 8 Work Force Analysts on evolving tools and procedures to constantly improve results for a growing work force from 16 to +350 agents in a year period.

** Engines and Compressors Factory for Air Conditioners.* At the plant start up I worked for 6 months with our Oracle’s consultants in order to be trained in Oracle, load the system and implement it. I participate on the MT, IT, Data Migration & User Acceptance Testing. I also worked on the System Operations Procedures implementation for Accounts Payable, Engineering & Production departments, so as the Scheduling, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Materials Handling Processes.* As Warehouse Supervisor I established the procedures, ABC system and cycle counts in order to reduce inventory negatives & discrepancies exceeding the company’s expectations.* Redesigned warehouse layout to decrease times and movements for materials handling. Selected and trained 4 warehouse workers.* Performed the inventory analysis for min/max and re-order point up-dates. Assisted on Kanban and bar code labels implementation to fit the automated production system.

** Batteries and Back ups Factory for Telecommunications. * Analyzed, set up and even out the real plant capacity. Reorganized the production plan, reducing Past Due Orders from 90% to less than 10% after 6 months of hard team work (Materials, Production, Engineering & QA departments) * Worked with Engineering, Quality, Production & Logistics to follow up and warranty the release of monthly/weekly/daily plans; for in house (US) and International shipments improving the On Time Delivery from 32% to 95%.* Reduced and stabilized the Lead Time from 8 to 4 weeks in a period of 7 months. After Lean Manufacturing projects increased sales a 30% for South-America, a 50% for China and globally including the USA almost a 60%.

** Automotive Sub-assemblies Manufacturing Company.* Assisted with the Setech–DSSI transition project (outsourced MRO's purchasing services); suppliers` development to comply with the new system.* Integrated the new operative system e-CPTS (Tests, training & problem solving)* Lean Manufacturing projects: 5 S's for the PO`s system; inventory analysis for excess and obsolete; min/max and re-order point up-dates.* Changed materials based on their country of origin in order to reduce the implicit costs including importation fees, reduced LT´s and inventories in house, also improved their quality.

** Hemodialysis Products Factory. * CAPA, QS-QA & SPC Reports Coordinator, administered the NCR´s, MRB´s and Quality Alerts.* Up-date, translate, obsolete and generate procedures via ECO´s (via manual and Lotus Domino´s)* Assisted on internal and external audits, achieving certifications and re-certifications for ISO, FDA and TÜV.

** Electrical Sub-Assemblies Factory / PO's handling (print, confirm, enter in the system, edit, cancel and file hard copies) ECO's POC.

** Sewing Factory / Assisted the General, Accounting, Engineering, HR, Production and Materials Managers. Entered the Daily Production Report and generated the Production Schedule.

** Handicraft Shop / Store Opening, regular trips looking for new suppliers. Responsible for store sales, promotions and credits. End growth of 75% from the initial investment.

** Timeshares Sales for a World Class Resort / Sales Executive of the Month, for 3 consecutive months.

** Real State Management Company / Worked one year as Sales Representative and the rest as Administrative Assistant.* Contracts and Finance reports administration. Assisted with the transition from Framework, Works and Lotus to Windows 3.1
