• I was part of the Industry Schemes team within the UK Business operations of the company. My responsibilities and achievements within this role included the following:
• Scheme Manager of the Worksafe scheme on behalf of CASEC in Northern Ireland, including reviewing audit reports, following up on non-conformities and making certification decisions.
• Following up on non-conformities raised during audits undertaken on behalf of the Heating & Ventilation Contractors Association (HVCA) (Now Building & Engineering Services Association - B&ES)
• Undertaking assessments against CDM requirements following the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) standard (now the adopted as the SSIP Core Criteria following publication in the CDM 2007 ACOP).
• Technical evaluation of health & safety competence of OHSAS auditors
