As a Training Officer at Estonian Defense Forces, I am passionate about applying my skills and expertise in manufacturing process improvement enhance the efficiency and quality of the military tactics and related systems. With the help of our team, we have successfully implemented several innovative solutions that have reduced the cost, time, and waste of the training processes, as well as improved the performance, reliability, and interoperability of joint fires. For example, we have developed a streamlined process of maintaining and enhancing subject matter expert qualifications, knowledge and skills.I am also committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I have designed and delivered multiple training programs and workshops for the military personnel and staff on how to use and maintain training regimens. I have received positive feedback and recognition for my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to adapt to changing situations and challenges. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a professional, and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the defense sector. I am always eager to explore new opportunities and collaborations that can help me achieve in further developing already existing capabilities and seek new approaches to ever challenging field of warfighting.
