Sten Westerberg founded SEK Advisory Services in 1999 as an independent unit within Swedish Export Credit Corp (SEK) providing project finance advisory services to domestic and international clients.

Established a Luxembourg based investment fund (SICAV) on behalf of a Swedish fund manager in co-operation with Gartmore of the U.K. (November 1989). A number of advisory assignments for U.K. and European clients, including an assignment concerning international funding of infrastructure projects for the Hungarian government 1990-92.

Origination and structuring of euro-bond issues and other capital market transactions for European corporate and institutional clients.

Development of capital market activities with Scandinavian clients. Products included money market programs for financial institutions and Sterling Eurobond issues.
