As a co-founder and COO of one of the fastest growing startups within digital marketing in Sweden, I was responsible for all Operations and Project Management as well as drove the product development. The team I was responsible for led the project management, company processes, strategy, budget and project profitability for our clients. Some of the customers I worked and grew with include, NCC, Budbee, Dreamhack, Coeli and Svenska Spel. In the management team, the work included, company vision, budget and growth, fiscal results, recruitments and company culture. As a board member, together with my partners, I drove the overall strategic and visionary plans for the company.The Generation was awarded DI Gasel 2019 and 2020 as well as Bisnode Superföretag 2020.
