• Responded to the community need to increase the capacity of caregivers aged 50+ as a result of an increasing vulnerable and aging population during the COVID-19 pandemic. • Designed and maintained a data collection and reporting system for the National Institute of Aging grant-funded program through all levels of the project. Produced annual report visuals and metrics for reporting.

• Initiated and awarded a 2K grant (with 7K in matching contributions) alongside Division Chief, Jeffrey Linder, MD, MPH to support the professional development and recruitment of 120+ diverse medical students, residents, and faculty. • Managed faculty recruitment; special projects; executive assistance; Division communications; and accounts payable responsibilities for 16 research groups.

• Responded to the Trump Administration’s “zero-tolerance” immigration policy (June 2018) by auditing program sites supporting migrant youth and presented recommendations to executive leadership after 20+ hours of on-site observation and interviews from 30+ program staff and participants. • Produced 8K from fundraising events. Executed the collection and distribution of 4 in-kind drives to 9 shelters across the Chicagoland area, serving 100+ migrant youth. • Developed and implemented a centralized process for reporting 780+ volunteer records and 61K+ volunteer hours using Raiser’s Edge donor management software.
