My main focus in the past year has been to drive development and implementation of a BI solution for Group Sustainability. It enables analytics, operational improvement capabilities and a dashboard for the annual report. I am CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive by EU) workstream lead for securing IT BI solution support for the quantitative measures. Other tasks have included managing business cases, the project budgets, using SAFe agile methodology and involvement in the Treasury Management System implementation project including Power BI.

Projects: • Patent Management System (IPMS – Intellectual Property Management) • Trade Finance system & SWIFT (secure financial messages and payments) implementation• CAPEX Tool (system to review, approve and keep track of major IT investments) developed in Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI• VAT recovery (BI tool enabling vendor to analyse and recover VAT)• Upgrade projects of Finance Statutory system and the Business Control Forecasting system. Participated in vendor negotiations, IT security topics, driving business escalations in case of major system incidents and managing Project and RUN Budgets. Internal control coordinator and driving SWIFT security assessments.

I worked with Business Intelligence, analysing business needs and making sure IT deliver solutions to business, as well as being responsible for the QlikView environment/platform driving updates and technical issues. The BI solutions often include QlikView, SQL and Web elements. I have been instrumental in designing and building a QlikView Business Intelligence organisation. I have spent a lot of effort on driving process improvements in the system maintenance, application development and financial areas in order to enable both application development in IT and business in an environment controlled by IT. This led to a QlikView Centre of Excellence. Other tasks have been to co-ordinate vendors (software and IT consultants) and drive resolution of technical problems. I am system owner of the QlikView and NPrinting systems.I am very interested in new things and ways of working. In 2019 RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for Blue Prism was added to my Solution Manager responsonsibilities. Main focus to begin with has been to get the environments in place and basic processes. My role includes meeting business in many different functions to capture their business needs into new development opportunities and transforming it into high level design (HLD) solutions, estimation of costs and hours to finalize them. Developers then follow the HLD, while I make sure that we deliver according to plan.

Planning of mobile phone portfolio & Business Intelligence tools development in Product management to enable analyses of actuals, forecast and long term planning of the product portfolio. Working on business cases and product propositions with product planners to get new concepts approved.

SEAB was the Principal holding company, i.e. Mother company, of Sony Ericsson with 8.5 BEUR turnover, 0.8 BEUR profit year 2006. Managed a group of people (6-25 persons) responsible for reporting and analyses, in addition to being responsible for Accounts Payable for about six months. I was part of the Finance management team. Warranty reserve system definition for a Cognos Planning system.

Responsible for Global warranty reserve and controlling of spare parts & service sales. Also responsible for Legal & Strategy for the Service organisation, managing a team of up to six persons. I was part of the Management team in Global Customer Services. Part time SAP development in London for Service and Finance.
