It was a great company that has shaped me into the leader and colleague I am, but eventually I was ready to try new challenges in other companies and industries. I have in my career built and developed departments and enterprises, primarily in finance and administration, but also in sales. In recent years I shaped a successful Shared Service Center. Important for me is clear objectives and the freedom to choose how. I have a strong ability to see the strategic opportunities and get the organization to work towards the common goal. I believe in structure and control which give you the possibility to be flexible and adaptive. I’m driven by developing business in cooperation with staff, customers and suppliers. People describe me as a calm, social, positive and competitive person who gets things done. A serious work ethic and creative thinking combined with a finance mind has been my recipe for success.
