Primary job functions include: Triage and process incoming faxes into our system as well as handle a variety of questions anywhere from doctors to the patients. Secondary functions include but not limited to: filling "Daily" and "Cycle" medications in blister packs or bottles accordingly and assisting robot (dosis) technician with sorting robot cards and robot maintainence (refilling canisters, cleaning machine, ordering medications). Maintainin pharmacy inventory as well as general cleanliness of pharmacy area.

Primary functions included but not limited to: Type faxes coming into our system for mail order delivery as well as answer calls from patients or doctors regarding their prescriptions. Make outbound calls to patients or doctors obtain further information to ensure proper processing of prescriptions.

My main was to process prior authorizations whether they came from fax or initiated via phone call from the doctors office, pharmacy or patient. I also took in calls to troubleshoot or backdate prior authorizations for a patient or pharmacy.

Primary functions included but not limited to: Answering phone calls from patients and doctors. Triage and fully process (including counting pills, labeling selling at POS counter) prescriptions. Call patients to pick up their prescriptions. Reach out to doctors for refills or more prescription information. Contact insurance for overrides or to very patient benefits as necessary Maintain pharmacy inventory as well as general cleanliness of the pharmacy.
