Responsible for a centralized finance department accountable for the targeted returns associated with the Company's Servicing Segment represented by +$600B in collateral. Key functions include all FPA related functions, balance sheet risk assessment and providing key financial insight that supports strategic decisioning on the profitable growth of the segment's operations and technology platform.

At MGJ Advisory Solutions, I'll be focused on building a platform that integrates key functions supporting balance sheet risk management processes. Especially as it relates to illiquid residential mortgage related assets, I believe that the MTM process, though a relevant benchmark, needs to be combined with an understanding of the underlying economics, allocated capital, funding cost and interrelated risk.

As the CFO, the primary responsibility is directing the overall financial plans and accounting practices of the organization. In addition, the chief financial officer will oversee treasury, accounting, Fund management, IT department, budget, tax and audit activities of the organization and subsidiaries.As the COO, the position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
