As the Community Engagement Manager for the United Arts Council of Collier County Sten managed all member relations, marketing, data, and graphic design needs for the organization. She organized and managed art exhibitions in five different locations throughout Collier County including exhibitions in the United Arts Council's very own gallery space on 4th Avenue North, in Naples Fl.

Fort Myers, Florida Area

While serving as the Art Coordinator for Human Trafficking Awareness Partnerships Sten taught art classes to students considered to be at-risk in both Lee and Collier County, organized programs for local youth organizations and educational workshops for adults, and was responsible for all of the organizations marketing and graphic design needs.

A position secured by invitation only, Sten tutored students enrolled in Drawing I, helping them improve their skills in graphite, pastel, and charcoal.
