Site Manager for Kongsberg Dept. at Prevas AB. Responsible for building Prevas' business in the Kongsberg region.It was decided to close down the department due to strategic acquisition of another company.

Responsible for the production results in our Converting Dept. at Drammen Mill in Norway. Total of 40 employees and 2 production lines.Results achieved:Improved the productivity with more than 35% without investments. Made it possible to shut down the oldest production line and still produce the same volume on two lines, resulting in significant lower personell and maintenance costs.
