About Stefano Longo

I am a freelance tourist professional specialized in the organization of experiential trips to Japan and Italy.My web platform is VolcanoHub.com, of which I am the founder.I have had continuous relationships with the Land of the Rising Sun for over 20 years and I am a Doctor of Japanese Language and Literature (University of Turin).In tourism field, I have the qualifications of: Technical Director of a Travel Agency, Tour Leader and Tourist Guide.I deal with food and wine tourism and food and wine consultancy as a FISAR Sommelier and I am in contact with local and international realities.I highly respect the Nature and my travels are oriented towards green, responsible and sustainable tourism, in addition to cultural tourism. I prefer itineraries off the beaten track.Finally, I am an amateur photographer with a report and documentary slant: I have shown my photographs in private exhibitions in Dublin, Kyoto, Cagliari and Turin and I have collaborated with "Kyoto Visitors Guide", a local Kyoto newspaper.I live between Italy (Piedmont, Sicily, Sardinia) and Japan (Kyoto, Tokyo).
