I've been involved and interested in Social Media Marketing as well as human psychology all my life. I would always see companies and brands advertising to me (not just on social media), but they were usually very poor attempts. They had forgotten all the fundamentals of human psychology and what people naturally react to and engage with, so much so that I saw a huge opportunity to go and help them.My name is Stepan, I run a Social Media Marketing agency that mostly specializes in Facebook Ads. Most agency owners just have a high-level view of Facebook/Social Media, but they get lost when things go wrong. When something goes the way it wasn't supposed to, they don't have the ability to critically think about it because all they know is how to put an ad up and hope for the best.They don't understand how systems work, linear and non-linear. They don't understand algorithms, nor do they understand the person they are reaching out to. I took it upon myself to take what already exists (marketing) and add many components to it to maximize long-term growth. Let's use a bedroom as an example. Most marketers have a clean looking bedroom. When you look around on the surface, you don't really see anything wrong. But like anything else, the more you stay there and interact with it, the more you notice. You open the drawers and they're filled with dirty underwear, torn wallets, old receipts, dust, and just about anything else they can fit in the drawers. You look under the bed, and there's crap hidden everywhere. School assignments from years ago, old soda cans, mold, etc.What I've tried to do is basically clean that room. Extensively. Very extensively. Everything is spotless, even the darkest corners of the room. Of course, dust comes around once in a while and I take care of it and sharpen my senses to always be fresh and ready to go no matter the situation.Anyway, message me if you need anything :) I LOVE helping so please don't hesitate.
