I got an amazing opportunity to travel over the half of the world. I've been to Russia, Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. I've seen many beautiful places, met lot of different people, cultures and I've got to know myself and my limits as well.

My second role at Feedo. As a Head of Marketing I was making life easier to mums in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. I was responsible for performance, brand and vendor marketing. I was preparing, executing and evaluating marketing plan. I covered all marketing activities and I was looking for new opportunities for strategic growth of the business. I represented Feedo at business conferences as well. I participated on preparation and execution of the company to be sold. And last but not least, I was leading amazing team of marketers from performance and brand marketing. - Member of top management of the company with turnover of 600 mio. CZK/year- Leader of up to 25 people- Several awards from customers - Heureka (CZ, SK) and Opineo (PL)- Responsible for the marketing budget in value of 40 mio. CZK/year

My starting position at Feedo. I was responsible for project creation and coordination in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. Implementation and communication promo activities to the customers were also part of my job. I created and implemented marketing strategy and communication for the company’s main website bestgolf.cz and support websites bestgolfklub.cz, bestgolfbazar.cz, sbestgolfacademy.cz and golfprint.cz. I managed marketing budget. I was responsible for planning, execution and evaluation of the communication (online & offline). I prepared materials for bestgolf.cz web redesign and collaborated with agencies. I led team of part-timers (graphics and content). - Creation of brand new strategy and communication for golf club, bazaar, academy and golf printing project- Managing marketing budget for online/offline campaigns- Leading team of up to 5 people

I started my career with working in almost every single position in golf business. First I was collecting the golf balls, then we designed new shop where I became a shop assistant. Then I organised golf tournaments and events. Finally I was responsible for website administration and for preparing and managing online marketing campaigns.- Start of online communication (Google, Seznam, Facebook etc.)- Selling and sales promotion in the shop- Organising golf events
