These platforms became the new base for 360 marketing and consumer engagement activities. - L&M, Chesterfield and Eve brands got brand new integrated digital & CRM platforms that allowed brands to build 360 marketing activities compliant with up-to-date requirements- PMI brands got CRM strategies corresponding to brand and portfolio strategies- PMI database of Legal Age Smokers multiplied in size and was enriched with extended user profiles - Some innovative cross-functional projects were brought to life and delivered to PMI customers (i.e. platform for Sales team based on Geo-location services that helped customers find the nearest PoS with their preferred brand) -
Integrated Projects DirectorAdvance Mediabrands (A Part Of Adv Media Group) Jul 2012 - Jun 2013My main objective was to develop ADV media group’s existing clients by creating integrated solutions, particularly activations connected to a common creative idea with different touch points across several media channels (Digital, Outdoor, TV, Press, etc). That also required building a proper team and processes, bringing synergy to the collaboration with different business units (specialized agencies) and ensuring that the projects were delivered to market, that they performed well and the clients were happy.- A new department was established, and in close cooperation with accounting, creative, media, strategy and production teams, we developed and launched integrated solutions for key clients of the entire ADV media group.- Some complex integrated campaigns were developed from scratch, and I was responsible for the entire process all the way to their launch (e.g. TalkShake animated video show for Unilever’s Ekzo).

I had to push Digital as a relatively new media channel within the organization, proving its efficiency by achieving meaningful results.
