Within the internal Media team, I was responsible for the Digital activities of all Unilever’s brands (~20 brands including Axe, Rexona, Lipton, Dove, Domestos, Magnum, Knorr), covering digital media campaigns, SMM, SEO, data analysis and reporting, as well as contributing to digital strategies and digital production. I had to push Digital as a relatively new media channel within the organization, proving its efficiency by achieving meaningful results. I was also required to build relations with digital partners (digital agencies, online platforms and services) to provide the best conditions for brands and ensure transparency and brand safety for digital advertising.- Under my supervision around 70 social and digital media campaigns were planned and executed- I established a performance measurement process including clear reporting and KPI assessment - Some meaningful projects for Unilever’s “key” brands happened under my direct supervision(e.g. massive campaign for Rexona in Euro 2012 period, dating service for Axe, RexBall for Rexona, integration of Lipton factories into the most popular “farm” game), - Continuous training and development of internal teams, providing digital training and events made in cooperation with local digital partners, internal digital competitions among brand teams, etc.
