At Lew'Lara, I was the strategic planning manager responsible for the strategy behind the Nissan 2016 Olympic Games Sponsorship and the Nissan Kicks launch in Brazil. 1) Responsible for everything related to strategy, from defining the product and institutional brand positioning to creating the tactical activation strategy for the sponsorship. The strategic work resulted in two Effie Awards (internationally recognized effectiveness communications award) and relevant improvements in brand image and Nissan Kicks sales. 2) Proactively created and developed a digital product for the agency: Pulso da Comunicação, an extranet platform that replaced the usual Power-Point periodic competitive analysis for a digital platform where all agency clients can have access to a private and customized competitive intelligence database, updated weekly by strategy teams. 3) I was also selected to be the lead trend-spotter for Backslash in Brazil, a global TBWA initiative that hunts the most recent cultural movements and innovation trends around the globe: https://backslash.com/

Lookst was a platform with the purpose of making online shopping for clothes a more inspiring and user-friendly experience. In the platform, users could search for looks from fashion bloggers and celebrities, categorized by trends and occasions, and find similar pieces available online. It was a personal project where I learned a lot about entrepreneurship and the challenges of running a startup. Through this experience I also gained technology, UX, and digital marketing skills by managing the development of the product, generating content, managing social media accounts (54k fans on Facebook), and optimizing online ads to generate leads.
