Steph is one of three co-owners of Robotface, a Melbourne based film company specialising in motion control and slow motion cinematography. In her role as Producer, she is heavily involved in all things pre production as well as leading and managing event, broadcast and brand activation Sparklebot clients, our premium event arm of the business.Since 2010, Steph has worked in varying freelance capacities in pre production and production. Steph is regularly engaged by individuals and organisations to deliver short term assignments including factual story researcher, pre-production and production roles. Clients span across education, non-for-profit and private sectors and most recently include Victorian Department of Education, Bengar Films and Experimenta.Steph holds a Masters qualifications in International Planning and Community Development and amassed over 20 years of project management roles across community, business and government sectors. She led and implemented international community development programs that required her to reported directly to the United Nations Headquarters, New York, Canadian High Commission, Canberra, and various Australian Government bodies. Steph has worked throughout the United States, South America, Central and Eastern Europe, China and lived and worked extensively throughout the Pacific Island nations.
