In her role as Producer, she is heavily involved in all things pre production as well as leading and managing event, broadcast and brand activation Sparklebot clients, our premium event arm of the business.Since 2010, Steph has worked in varying freelance capacities in pre production and production. Steph is regularly engaged by individuals and organisations to deliver short term assignments including factual story researcher, pre-production and production roles. Clients span across education, non-for-profit and private sectors and most recently include Victorian Department of Education, Bengar Films and Experimenta.Steph holds a Masters qualifications in International Planning and Community Development and amassed over 20 years of project management roles across community, business and government sectors. She led and implemented international community development programs that required her to reported directly to the United Nations Headquarters, New York, Canadian High Commission, Canberra, and various Australian Government bodies. Steph has worked throughout the United States, South America, Central and Eastern Europe, China and lived and worked extensively throughout the Pacific Island nations. She was responsible for managing the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, based at the Canada High Commission in Canberra. There, Steph designed and implemented an award winning project maangement system that enabled project proposals to be assessed, monitored and evaluated to ensure the funding assistance available was aligned with the Canadian national interest. Steph travelled regularly to Papua New Guineau, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Fiji, Micronesia and other Pacific nations to meet with project leads to discuss their project progress and the contributions they are making. In 2004, Steph undertook an Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) posting in Apia, Samoa, where she implemented the nations first legislative planning system. For 12 months, Steph lived in Samoa and built the capacity of the local planning team to draft and implement planning policies as well as design a framework to manage planning and environmental issues.
