Steph is one of three co-owners of Robotface. She works closely with the day-to-day operations as well as working strategically to retain Robotface's place as leaders in motion control and slow motion cinematography across the Australian film and television industry. Robotface proudly own and operate Sparklebot, offering the ultimate brand activation to Australia's events industry.

Outside her Robotface assignments, Steph continues to operate on a project basis as a freelance researcher/producer within the film, television and creative industries. Steph brings over 20 years of international project management and research experience to each project. Her well developed interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and organisational skills mean that projects are managed well from infancy to delivery.Steph has attained a Masters of Social Science (International Urban and Environmental Management) and has worked broadly across Australia and internationally in the fields of urban and community development since 2000.Steph has recently worked on short term assignments for production companies, Department of Education and is currently freelancing to Experimenta.During Melbourne COVID lockdown, Steph worked as a factual story researcher for the Channel 10 Australian documentary series Advancing Australia, hosted by Guy Pearce, which focuses on Australian national issues and how innovators have tried to use their skills to solve the issue, create change and a better place.

Assisted in preparation of town planning submissions and liaised with clients, sub consultants and councils throughout pre-lodgement to approval stage.

Steph has held international project management roles in the fields of international community development. Steph successfully held the role as Manager, UN Global Compact Cities Programme, where she reported directly to the United Nations headquarters, New York. This role required Steph to oversee successful implementation of over 70 projects per year, each of which was required to have contributions from private, government and community organisations.Steph held several program management roles where she was based in and travelled throughout the Pacific Island nations. She was responsible for managing the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives, based at the Canada High Commission in Canberra. There, Steph designed and implemented an award winning project maangement system that enabled project proposals to be assessed, monitored and evaluated to ensure the funding assistance available was aligned with the Canadian national interest. Steph travelled regularly to Papua New Guineau, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Fiji, Micronesia and other Pacific nations to meet with project leads to discuss their project progress and the contributions they are making. In 2004, Steph undertook an Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) posting in Apia, Samoa, where she implemented the nations first legislative planning system. For 12 months, Steph lived in Samoa and built the capacity of the local planning team to draft and implement planning policies as well as design a framework to manage planning and environmental issues.

worked in a collaborative partnership between the Australian Heart Foundation, Australian Local Government Association and the Planning Institute of Australia to develop, 'Healthy Places and Spaces' publication and led a national legislative review as a member of the project working group.

Managed an award winning project partnership 'Planning for Health and Wellbeing' on behalf of the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (Vic Health) and PIA Victorian Division.

Responsible for managing Canada's international aid development fund and advised high Commissioner of Canada with investment recommendations for more than 100 community scaled projects throughout the Pacific Islands. Designed and implemented an award winning project management system.
