CurrentContractually develop, coordinate, and facilitate product launch, training, coaching services for life science partner teams. Serve as interim “Field-Facing Training Lead” supporting position vacancies and /or special projects• Develop customized materials to serve client needs, based on client’s goals and timelines• Offer extensive experience operating remotely in business development and learning and development leadership roles. Provide unique and extensive disease state background expertise across multiple business settings and strategies within highly complex disease states in biotech, startup, rare disease, first-in-class products, tumor treating fields, major accounts. Provide needs assessment, launch planning and execution, coaching and development tools, full curriculum creation and development, facilitation, outline sustainability metrics, and succession planning• Recent projects include: - Urgent consulting request to create and lead Sales Training for Niche Flow Cytometry Analytics Platform - Interim Senior Director, Field-Facing Teams for Small Rare Genetics Company - Internal omnichannel deliverable development for Global Pharma Leader - Launch Commercial Team training awaiting FDA approval for Startup Biotech - Launch planning for new indication and ongoing new hire training for Global Pharma Company - Contract support of rigorous quality accreditation for Large Private Oncology Practice
