Profile bio

About Steph Enyeart

The education and workforce ecosystem has always drawn me in some form. Having always enjoyed learning, I loved school and the opportunity to explore new subjects, especially in college. I was also fascinated with the world of work and researched careers for myself as early as middle school. It took me until my senior year of college to realize that perhaps I liked learning about careers more than I did pursuing any particular one. Researching how people prepared for jobs (education/training) evolved into wanting to help people find the best career fit for themselves (career/workforce development), which evolved into thinking about why we spend so much time at work and how we can make the best of it (sociology of work?). I love working at these intersections. My love of learning is the needle that weaves these threads of interest together. I hope to create a tapestry that provides a clearer path for all learners and workers navigating the ecosystem.Assisting with course development in my recent role has given me a strong interest in the instructional design field, or learning and development within the HR space. I would also be interested in exploring the HR field more generally as well as organizational psychology or a more formal workforce development role. In any role, I love utilizing my writing skills. I enjoy the challenge of tailoring my writing for a specific audience or purpose, whether that be a marketing perspective, grant writing, technical writing, etc. So I am also considering a more direct role that involves writing, such as marketing, communications, or editing.
