With over a decade of experience in data strategy, analytics, MarTech and digital transformation, I am a seasoned Chief Data Officer. Currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Hearst Magazines in London, I am leading the charge in establishing data as a pivotal asset for one of the most prominent multi-media consumer businesses in the UK. At Hearst Magazines, home to 17 iconic brands including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, and Men’s Health, I have orchestrated the development of a high-performing data unit, integrating data architecture and engineering, product development, strategy, and analytics to drive overall growth and revenue diversification.Prior to my role at Hearst Magazines, I served as the Head of Data & Analytics at iCrossing UK, where I led transformative initiatives for clients including Pfizer, Fidelity International, and Direct Line Group. My tenure was marked by significant revenue growth, highest employee engagement scores, and advocacy for data privacy amidst regulatory reforms.
