Employed by Waitrose & Partners in 2002 and transitioning into management training in 2008, I have worked in a number of Branches within Central London and more recently within the South East. This has led me to develop a high level of commercial awareness and a valuable, transferable skill set of managing diverse groups of people in our face paced environment. I thoroughly enjoy working with the challenges retail management presents and respond well in complex and ambiguous situations. I strive to be an inspirational manager to my team to emulate similar values and behaviours.
