I have great enthusiasm for working within children’s services right now within Somerset council I have worked in nurseries local to me for many years and have worked within a SEN school as well as I had a great passion for SEND.I am looking for a different challenge now, leaning something new but still relating to children’s services and helping those who need it most.I currently work part time, for childcare reasons however have a full time working attitude even on a part time working schedule.I love working as part of a team but can also work solo too. I am a friendly positive person who will go above and beyond the job description to complete tasks I have been told I have great communication both to team members but also to customers as well.I am currently line managing 5 people within a team of 20, doing this has helped with my self confidence and thriving to be the best I can be
