It also provided me with valuable knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and even a bit of HR/Recruiting. I have a strong understanding of business operations across many industries and have been managing relationships since I entered the workforce. I’ve always had a keen interest in the ‘who, what, when, where, why, and how’ of businesses. This curiousness combined with my authenticity and business knowledge allows me to work quickly with hiring managers to establish their "wants vs. needs", and reach a mutually beneficial recruiting agreement - resulting in a more streamlined recruitment process.
