Familiarity with accreditation guidelines, as well as keeping updated with UKVI regulations and outside examination bodies assist with day-to-day information as needed by students or agents. Currently compiling training sessions for other administrative staff on use of databases and other systems, in order to continue to deliver training sessions as necessary.
