I’m the CEO of GoodCRM, and a Director of Adapt for Arts CIC.Good Technologies manages GoodCRM, a cloud software solution designed specifically to support the cultural and charity sectors with all sorts of useful functionality.Since 2014, Adapt for Arts has been helping cultural organisations achieve their fundraising, sustainability and business development goals. More recently our focus has been working on cultural development and creative entrepreneur programmes internationally.For over 6 years I worked freelance, delivering fundraising consultancy and training contracts for organisations like the Crafts Council, Sound & Music and the Royal College of Music. Since 2015 I have raised over £12 million for the cultural sector.I am so proud to have founded Adapt for Arts CIC in 2014, and since then, my co-Director, Dana Segal, and I have supported 50+ arts and culture organisations to become more sustainable.I joined Good Technologies in 2021. I drive forward the business strategy and growth, whilst ensuring GoodCRM meets the needs and desires of our amazing third sector clients.I am an alumnus of University of the Arts London, Manchester School of Art & Leeds University, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Vice-Chair of the board of Venture Arts.
