I have a strong background in technical support and customer service, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of our diverse and growing customer base. I am currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. I am skilled in social media communications, content marketing, customer advocacy, and online reputation management.
