Managed USDA/FDA food label compliance for 100+ clients. Worked with on-staff designer to create compliant food labeling and obtained USDA approvals on a daily basis.

• Managed USDA label compliance requirements for a line of fresh natural & some organic beef, buffalo, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, and value-added multi-ingredient fresh entrees. • Developed and provided accurate labeling content to with Graphic Design Director. Ensured labels were designed to appropriate USDA requirements as well as brand requirements. • Obtained USDA approvals for numerous natural, organic and conventional products.• Coordinated trade and consumer advertising campaigns.• Assisted Sales & Marketing Vice President in creating sales presentations, marketing materials, sales communication, travel arrangements, and more.• Responsible for bidding, purchasing and managing point of sale inventory including brochures, labels, case dividers, rail strips, coupons, etc….• Responsible for taking consumer calls and responding appropriately.
