This experience has given me a solid grasp of the challenges and opportunities present in large, high-performing educational environments. I’ve seen how energised, supportive teams can achieve great things, but I also understand the difficulties associated with burnout and dissatisfaction.The pandemic prompted me to explore new emerging areas of interest, ultimately leading to a Post Graduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership, followed by a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology. This journey inspired me to combine my background in education and leadership with a focus on wellbeing, leading to the creation of Well Well Well.
