Leading an established team of analysts working with key partners within the Nectar loyalty programme, understanding customer strategy, marketing and business insights. Responsible for the execution of Nectar's ambitious data strategy. Lead on the insight requirements needed to execute the GDPR changes required in 2018.Key responsibilities include:- Driving success in data & insights through collaborative working and engagement with internal business functions, Nectar partners and other external parties - Identifying and creating relevant roadmaps and strategies that are aligned to business need- Acting as an interface between Data Science, Analytics, IT and wider technical and non technical business functions to ensure opportunities are realised - Steering projects and priorities to ensure that business value is maximisedI am also part of the Nectar Analytics Management Team.
