Writes, designs, and coordinates the production of a wide variety of materials to promote APH products and services, including catalogs, brochures, flyers, conference programs, print and web advertising, banners and signage for trade shows, promotional giveaways, PowerPoint presentations, logos, and web graphics.This position creates projects in a diverse array of media, including: regular print, large print, Word files (clean text) for accessibility or braille translation, web graphics, PowerPoint presentations, still photos. Most materials are created in one or more accessible media, such as electronic, braille, or recorded formats.Skills utilized include: graphic design, original illustration, still photography, photo editing, copywriting, project coordination, and ability to work independently on complex projects.Project coordination duties include: develops and monitors timelines for completing projects, manages multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, reviews proofs from vendors, reports work progress to department director. This position reports to the Director of the Communications Department.
