Senior Revenue Operations Executive
Current- Proactive support of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Account Management teams by:o Implementing and managing the company CRM (Salesforce)o Accurately maintaining company data (client and prospect).o Managing projects.
- Processing Sales Orders and managing any updates or changes.
- Production of client contracts, successfully managing the process through to completion.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support the Head of Marketing, Sales Director, and wider business departments.
- Managing implementation, queries, and approvals for the iSAMS Identity Portal (community platform).
- Conducting quarterly new business sales meetings (complete with data analysis and slide deck).
