Steph Louise is a Client Services Coordinator at myHSA. Colleagues describe them as "It’s been a great pleasure working with Steph in varying capacities over the past few years. Both at Strategic Group and most recently at ONE Properties. Steph has a natural and effortless way with people which is something that cannot be trained. She is personable, attentive, and highly adaptive no matter the situation. These skills are just a few of the things that made her exceptional in her Resident Experience role at ONE. Steph was always working two steps ahead of the group, in identifying new opportunities and ways to improve our current systems. She brought in an entirely new reporting system to the department, which has continued to serve us greatly in both our analytics, and systems and processes. As Steph has transitioned into a new role, she is greatly missed by our colleagues and residents.
