Supporting candidates on a government funded programme by identifying challenges and overcoming barriers to securing sustainable employment. My role comprises of undertaking initial assessments, identifying and addressing candidates’ barriers, updating CV’s, setting targets and recording achievements. Responsible for maintaining records to ensure that quality and contractual requirements are met within ESF funding. As well as reviewing and monitoring candidates records to ensure required compliance levels are maintained. Setting key objectives and achievable targets to enable customers progression during programme.Achieving job entries by matching customers to suitable employment opportunities ensuring a smooth transition into employment through weekly contact with the customers. Liaising with training providers to support candidates with their personal development and engaging with Job Centre Plus with regards to referrals and updating on the candidate’s progress.
