I am an experienced and versatile transformation, change and technology leader who successfully exploits capabilities in business transformation, digital, technology, process, and culture change to plan and deliver major programmes. My experience covers the whole programme life-cycle from strategy to implementation. I have worked with all levels within major global companies - from executive management to front-line staff and I'm equally confident working with the senior team to shape the strategy and programme, and working with employees to make the change relevant and deliver sustainable change.I form and manage effective teams and have excellent coaching skills which help me draw out the most effective collective and individual performance. I've worked across a broad set of businesses and sectors using my ability to rapidly assimilate and adapt to new business and technology contexts to deliver early value and “hit the ground running”.
