I believe excellent customer service is the very backbone of a company, if you ensure the customer service is great, people will continue to come and back and to recommend the company to others. I have over 8 years experience leading a team of customer service agents, ensuring customers have a timely, efficient, yet attentive and upbeat service. Ensuring customers have a great lasting impression and that staff have gone the extra mile. I think motivating a team is very important, and ensuring they get the recognition they deserve. If staff are happy in their jobs, they create better customer service. Ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge and equipment they need to do their job to the best of their ability.I try to input humour, kindness, honesty, and sincerity into my work every day. If you work hard, your efforts will show. Ensuring team moral is high, ensures that a department works well and therefore that a company works well. I believe I am a person who can ensure this.
