I returned to Fulton Hogan after having a year off on maternity leave. On my return I joined the People & Capability team working as a HR coordinator. I continued on with my training and development project as well as the recruitment process and assisting the P&C team with various support functions and projects.

I joined the Fulton Hogan team in the lead up to their Alliance Project with Wellington Water. I supported the Alliance Manager as an EA and the wider Alliance project team with administration support. In the months leading up to and after the go live date, I worked closely with the HR Manager to support a large recruitment drive of 80+ staff to join the project. I also coordinated the initial and ongoing training and development of all staff in the Alliance to ensure that they met compliance standards within the company.
