Steph has over 20 years experience. He has considerable international experience, having held senior positions in project engineering and project management and OH&S on infrastructure and engineering projects throughout Australia, China and Taiwan. Steph has a systematic, practical and creative thinking approach to problem solving that is founded in an intimate knowledge of the construction technology process gained through his university studies and his extensive site experience.He has strong commitment to the safe delivery of quality projects for all his clients and his experiences and knowledge has brought added value to all the clients he has worked with.Steph is well experienced in fast track construction and high risk projects and in the mitigation of increased risks to the workers safety in such environments.Steph has been working in the China region since 2008 and has a culturally sensitive attitude working in a diverse organisation.Steph has held positions with full responsibility for preparing site safety plan, introduction of SWMS, JSA, training contractors to international safety standards, safe work plans, tool box talks, implementation of GMRs, monitoring weekly statistics, monthly reporting and design stage input.He has recently completed the safety supervision for both phases of the structural steel installation of a high tech glass manufacturing facility. Throughout this project, the workers he oversaw completed over 1,000,000 man hours and 90,000 tonnes of steel erection without a lost time incident.After returning home to Australia he has been heavily involved in design and construct project management in central west NSW based in Orange, leading the team to design and build a $4M facility for Sandvik mining and construction AustraliaSteph is also a preferred contractor for Nestle Purina, Blayney NSW and is starting his second project for them in August 2013
