At Officeworks my objective is to ensure growth through territory and category expansion with my existing and potential clients. My role is also to engage and collaborate with the store networks to enhance our B2B offer to the clients.With the use of CRM and sales reporting, I developed effective strategies to ensure coverage of my client base. I also encourage growth throughout the clients, across categories and cost centers and maintain a high level of service and pro-activeness.In 2014 - 2015 I have prospected and added 10 new clients to my database adding a further $590,000 to my portfolio. There are over 1000 cost centers between them and the business was won on not only on value for money but also Officeworks' inspiring service offering and community involvement. For 2014-2015 half yearly targets in am 22% up on target and have achieved margin targets.

As an account manager at AAP, my role is to develop a sales plan utilising my knowledge and skills in account management and business development. My goals are to achieve the monthly financial targets by identifying sales opportunities with new and existing clients. I actively promote AAP Medianet’s full range of media services to customers and up sell additional services based on the customers needs. I monitor client usage and expenditure on a regular basis to implement strategies and maximise revenue growth, with each client, and across the territory. Overall, I manage the entire sales process which includes: identifying customer needs, preparing tailored proposals, managing objections, negotiating pricing and adding value.
